Pilot Review: THE TIME TUNNEL (2002)
I never really saw Irwin Allen’s original series from the 1960s, but I can remember rare moments about the show: Though I only remember to have looked at the Titanic pilot, I was always interested in picking up THE TIME TUNNEL and watch all 30 episodes, despite it being formulaic all over its one-year lifetime. A couple of months ago I’ve learned that FOX was attempting a remake of the series. A pilot episode was produced, but the show wasn’t picked up by the network in 2002. So I looked for the pilot, found it on YouTube, watched it, and decided to watch all unpicked series pilots I can find, so I can write a review about it here, just to give me more reasons to write and you more reasons to waste time in reading my opinion.
